Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your artwork.

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, I gladly accept returns within the guidelines on this page.

  • • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
    • The artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
    • You must contact me before sending anything back

    To start a return, email me at contact@miguelmunozart.com with your reason for return.

  • Once your artwork is received and inspected, I will notify you.
    If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

    I strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

  • All artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and I will make it right.

  • Commissioned artwork is non-returnable.
